N0R‚ better known as Nor‚ is an NPC in PIG 64 and the main antagonist of its second part․ They are aware of the fact that PIG 64 isn't real and is a simulation‚ and try to help Charlie break out of it by giving them information related to the following steps․ They are first found in the mall's vault in the Arcade location‚ and later reappear in the glitched lobby's tower․ It is revealed that they are an enemy in the cutscene after fixing the key in PIG 64 Part 2‚ saying that the player left them behind and that he'd go research‚ before making the corrupted bots （Percy‚ Sterling‚ and Boris） appear in the Pier‚ Sewers‚ and Bunker respectively․ In their next appearance in the Warehouse they say that the player isn't Ronald and that he's dead․ In his final appearance he mentions the players cases and how Mudson wasn't fond of people like the player‚ he then activates the final boss fight of PIG 64․
