1) Browse

Use /avatars and /uploads to browse what is already on the site.

2) Download

Open a listing and use its download button. Avatar downloads require login and may have a quota; published upload files are publicly downloadable, subject to applicable content restrictions. The Discord /download command is a separate channel-import tool.

3) No-ID search

Use /search_no_id to search imported non-ID content if you have an active subscription.

4) Import

Bot admins can use /upload while replying to a Discord message to import it into /uploads.

Avatar download allowance

Standard accounts use the allowance shown by the site (default: 2 avatar downloads per 12-hour window). Windows reset at midnight and noon in America/New_York time. Subscribers and admins have unlimited avatar download quotas. File availability and content restrictions still apply.

18+ avatar access

Adult avatar media and downloads require a logged-in account with VRChat age verification and 18+ status, or the configured manual age-verification Discord role linked to that login. Check Age verified and 18+ access on the dashboard. Use Refresh age verification after your VRChat status changes. A subscription alone does not unlock adult content.

Email login and profile names

Use your VRChat username or email to log in and complete any requested two-factor verification. Display name and VRChat user are profile names; the login email belongs in the Email row. Missing names are looked up from your VRChat user ID. If they remain User or Unknown, wait two minutes and reload; an expired login may require signing in again.

Viewer

Viewer requires login. Choose a site avatar ID/link or upload a .vrca or .unity3d file for inspection and rendering. Viewer uploads are temporary and do not create a published upload listing. Unsupported bundles or unavailable files may fail to render.

Emoter

Log in to open Emoter and browse the dance preview library. The library may take time to load. Preview availability depends on the stored avatar and dance files.

Editing uploads and screenshots

Users with edit permission see Needs fixing on incomplete upload listings. The Discord-post review list highlights missing original product or creator links; a corrected link removes the post from that list. Saved Discord source history is retained. Avatar editors can use Screenshot when a download is indexed; capture still requires a usable local avatar file.

Missing files or images

A listing or download button does not guarantee that storage is currently available. If a detail page shows no files or images unexpectedly, report its URL to support. Include the exact error and time; an empty page alone does not establish that the files were deleted.

Channel download

• /download - Scans the current Discord text channel and downloads supported attachments.
• Requires the bot's special download role in the configured Discord server.
• Best used in dump/feed channels that already contain the files you want pulled.

No-ID search

• /search_no_id - Searches imported non-ID content by query.
• Checks author name, message content, and stored IDs.
• Requires an active subscription.

Upload import

• /upload - Imports a replied Discord post into the site's upload index.
• You can also pass message_link: when reply context is not available.
• Bot admins only.

Commands not enabled in this configuration

• The current bot does not load the older avatar search, rip-request, auth, favorites, or admin maintenance slash commands.
• If you saw those names in older screenshots or docs, they are not part of the configured command list.
• Use the website for browsing, and use support when you need staff help with missing content.

Background systems

• The subscription reminder and ticket-system cogs are loaded, but they do not currently add public slash commands.
• Some support flows happen through buttons, forms, or web pages instead of slash commands.

Permissions and failures

If a command fails, the most common causes are missing Discord role permissions, missing bot-admin access, or inactive subscription status. Include the exact command name and error output when you contact support.

Avatar IDs

Avatar IDs usually start with avtr_. Use these on avatar pages and when matching imported metadata.

User IDs

User IDs usually start with usr_. These may appear in admin/subscription tools or VRChat metadata.

Discord message links

Message links look like https://discord.com/channels/<guild>/<channel>/<message>. Bot admins can pass them to /upload.

Upload size cap

Web upload has a 500 MB total request limit, including files, images, and form data. Leave room for form overhead when uploading large files.

Private/deleted avatars

Some private or deleted avatars will not return normal API metadata and may need fallback/private fetch workflows.

Rate limits

Discord and VRChat endpoints can throttle heavy usage. If you hit rate limits, wait and retry.

External dependency outages

If API auth/session expires or upstream APIs are down, metadata/download/rip actions can fail temporarily.

avtr_*

VRChat avatar ID. Used in avatar details, rip requests, and download commands.

usr_*

VRChat user ID. Common in linked account metadata and admin/subscription tools.

Private avatar

An avatar that is not publicly resolvable via normal API endpoints.

Cache / bulk cache

Stored metadata used for faster page loads and search. Some of it is refreshed by background/admin maintenance rather than public slash commands.

No-ID entry

An imported Discord post stored in the no-ID collection. These are what /search_no_id searches.

Upload import

A Discord post copied into /uploads through /upload by a bot admin.

What is logged?

Bot commands, download activity, rip requests, account/session data, and moderation/security events may be logged. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What gets access removed?

Sharing your access, reposting files, leaking downloads, abuse, scraping, or prohibited uploads can result in restrictions or bans.

Known limitations

Private avatars, deleted content, expired cookies, rate limits, and third-party API changes can prevent metadata, rips, or downloads from working.

Name disclaimer

The Bin is only the chosen site name. It has no tie, affiliation, endorsement, or official relationship with Warhammer, Games Workshop, or any related IP.

Access can be limited or removed

If rules are broken (sharing access, leaking files, abuse, bypass attempts), access can be restricted or removed.

Your account is your responsibility

You are responsible for actions done through your account/session. Do not share account access with others.

Content availability is not guaranteed

Files/metadata can disappear, change, or fail due to private/deleted content, API issues, or upstream limits.

Payments and refunds are conditional

Paid access is reviewed by policy. Refunds are not automatic; cases are reviewed against Terms and behavior history.

Anti-abuse controls are part of service

Rate limits, logging, and security checks exist to keep the system stable and safe for everyone.

Terms can be updated

Rules may evolve. Continued use means you accept current terms. Always check /terms for the canonical text.

What is collected

Operational data includes command usage, request activity, session/access state, and security logs. While signed in, your own VRChat friend IDs may be fetched at most daily for the combined VRCX graph, visible to administrators and users with VRCX access. See the Privacy Policy for the full scope.

Why data is used

Data is used for functionality, support, fraud/abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability improvements.

What “not sold” means

Your data is not sold as a product. Internal logging can still exist for service operation and moderation/security workflows.

Retention

Some records are kept for audit and stability reasons (for example access/billing/support events), then rotated or removed by policy.

Your responsibilities

Do not post sensitive credentials in channels/tickets. Staff should not ask for your password.

Subscriber

Can use /search_no_id and subscriber-gated site features. A subscription alone does not grant /download.

Mod

Can help with support workflows where configured, but the current bot does not load a separate moderator slash-command set.

Admin

Can use admin routes and bot-admin imports like /upload, plus maintenance pages and keyword pages. Bot-admin permission is checked separately from site-admin status.

Activation timing

Access may take time after payment while staff verifies account mapping and applies permissions. It is not guaranteed to be instant.

Missing access after payment

Open a support ticket and include Discord username, payment method, proof of payment, and expected access level.

Login/session requirements

Some website tools require an active web session and valid role/subscription state. If a page action fails, re-authenticate at /login.

No account sharing

Do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or loan your account access. See Terms for enforcement details.

Pricing and renewal

Confirm the current price and renewal terms with official support before paying. Check your subscription status on the dashboard.

Accepted methods

Ask verified staff for the currently accepted payment methods and official payment instructions.

Refund policy summary

Refunds are not guaranteed. Duplicate payments and verified service-side failures may be reviewed. Sharing/leaking/ban cases can disqualify refunds.

Billing disputes

Contact support before initiating a chargeback. Provide payment proof, timestamp, amount, and issue details.

Content restrictions

Do not leak, mirror, rehost, trade, or publicly redistribute protected/private files without permission.

Credential safety

Staff should never ask for your password. Never share site credentials, payment logins, or private account secrets.

Privacy policy tie-in

Operational data may be collected for service function and security. The privacy policy states user data is not sold. Read full text at /privacy.

Terms tie-in

Using the service means complying with access controls, anti-abuse rules, and content handling requirements. Full terms: /terms.

Never share credentials

Do not share Discord login, site session details, VRChat passwords, payment logins, or token screenshots.

Use official links only

Only trust links from official docs/admin channels: badluck.info and the official Discord invite.

Use proper support channels

For billing/access/bug issues, use ticket channels so staff can verify identity and context safely.

Report suspicious requests

If anyone asks for your password or private payment credentials, report it to staff with screenshots.

1) Intake paths

New content can enter the system through Discord ingestion, web upload forms, and admin file management routes. Intake writes files into managed storage folders and updates indexes used by site pages.

2) Metadata layer

Avatar/world pages read from metadata caches first. If metadata is missing, admin tools can backfill from VRChat API or Discord embed extraction for private entries.

3) Delivery layer

Download endpoints perform access checks, path policy validation, and audit logging. Site download counts and views are tracked separately so popularity sorting can remain accurate.

4) Recovery layer

State backups and integrity checks run during startup and selected operations. If JSON corruption is detected, files are repaired/backed up and services continue with safe defaults.

What it does

The sidebar is sticky on desktop and remains visible while scrolling. Clicking a link jumps to a section anchor, and active highlighting follows your current section.

How to use it

Start at the left sidebar, click the section you need, and use page search to narrow results. This replaces long top-bar link lists and reduces scroll time.

Mobile behavior

On small screens the sidebar collapses into normal flow above content, preventing overlap while preserving jump-link access.

Implementation pattern

Use section IDs, sidebar anchors, sticky container CSS, and IntersectionObserver scrollspy to highlight the active section automatically.

Browsing and upload pages

/, /docs, /terms, /privacy, /data-removal, /avatars, /avatar/<id>, /worlds, /uploads, /upload.

Auth/account pages

/login, /logout, /dashboard, plus account-linked status views used for session + subscription context.

Admin pages

/admin, subscriptions/tests/send pages, blacklist tools, upload/admin detail editors, and role-dependent maintenance views.

Specialized modules

Logged-in users can open Viewer and Emoter. Drive and administration tools have separate access requirements.

User command group

/download and /search_no_id.

Restricted command group

/upload for bot admins only. /download also has its own Discord role requirement.

Support flow group

The ticket-system and reminder cogs are loaded, but they currently use buttons/background tasks instead of public slash commands.

Configured slash commands

The bot configuration loads the following slash commands. Discord availability depends on successful bot startup, command sync, and your permissions.

• /download - Download supported files from the current text channel.
• /search_no_id - Search imported non-ID content.
• /upload - Import a replied Discord post into /uploads.

How to request removal

Open the official Discord support path and send a message with subject Data Removal Request.

• Your Discord user ID.
• Your VRChat username or usr_* ID if linked.
• What data you want reviewed/removed.
• Any related command, download, or rip-request details.

Verification requirement

Staff may ask for proof that you control the Discord account (and linked account where applicable) before processing.

What may still be retained

Some records can be retained for security, abuse prevention, fraud/chargeback review, legal compliance, or active moderation investigations.

Private metadata

Private avatar metadata can occasionally be delayed depending on source availability.

Uploads

Use web upload for files and metadata (500 MB total request limit). For non-ID packages, use the no-ID flow and apply metadata after upload.

Downloads

Use /download inside the channel that already contains the files you want scanned. It does not take an avatar ID argument.

Admins can jump to keyword lists: /sars, /laughline, /babycakes, /toybox, /assetripper,

Rate limits

Discord can throttle; the bot retries automatically. If you see 429s, pause batch jobs briefly.

How does ripping work?

Browse the site first. If an avatar file is unavailable, use the Request rip action on its avatar page. You must be logged in to submit a website rip request. A subscription is not required. A valid avatar ID is required.

Do I need to stay in a world?

If staff need more context for a missing item, provide the avatar ID and any useful links or screenshots in support.

Can I request multiple avatars?

Submit each missing avatar using its own avatar ID. Existing requests are deduplicated; repeated submissions do not speed up the queue.

How long does it take?

Request completion depends on file availability and the queue. There is no guaranteed turnaround time.

Which command/bot should I use?

Only use commands from the official bot. If you are unsure, ask staff before submitting commands.

Need a staff-join/manual rip?

If you need a staff member to investigate manually, contact support and include the relevant avatar IDs and context.

401 / Missing credentials

Your login/cookies likely expired. Log out, log in again, then retry the command or page action.

403 / Access denied

Check login, feature permissions, and the dashboard’s 18+ access status. A subscription does not bypass age restrictions. Contact support with the page URL and error if access still fails.

429 / Rate limited

Pause for a short period and retry. For bulk jobs, reduce request frequency and batch size.

Missing old command

If you are looking for an older slash command from old screenshots or older docs, it is not part of the configured bot command set. Use the site or contact support instead.
