Horizon's elite black ops unit․ Deadly and efficient‚ Talon is known to be used in Horizon's secret missions‚ most notably assassinations and acquisitions of anomalous materials․ In combat against Subject 106‚ they are fast and accurate‚ never staying in cover for too long․ They are easily recognized by their all-black uniforms and their panoramic night vision goggles that emit a bright red light․ Most notably‚ all of their weapons use suppressors and laser sights as their standard issue attachments․ There are also detachments of Talon that are more typical combat gear that are comparable to Horizon Security․
